🔍 Role Overview

Software Developer

The developer will work closely with internal teams to deliver stable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Develop, test, and maintain 

  offline interactive PDF/content creation and playback features

  . 
• Implement 

  HTML5-based interactive elements

   such as quizzes, assessments, audio/video embeds, and clickable components. 
• Enhance 

  content players and authoring tools

   for web, desktop, and Android platforms. 

LMS & System Integration

• Integrate content and applications with the 

  in-house LMS

  . 
• Implement 

  SCORM / xAPI / custom LMS APIs

   for learner activity tracking. 
• Manage 

  content packaging, storage, versioning, and updates

  . 

Backend & APIs

• Develop and integrate 

  REST APIs

   for content management, user access, and reporting. 
• Support 

  authentication, authorization, and licensing workflows

  . 
• Enable 

  offline data sync

   when internet connectivity is restored. 

Maintenance & Collaboration

• Troubleshoot and resolve 

  technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks

  . 
• Collaborate with 

  QA, Content, Product, and Customer Support teams

  . 
• Participate in 

  code reviews, documentation, and sprint activities

  . 
• Follow 

  coding standards, security practices, and release processes

  . 

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in 

  JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

  . 
• Experience with 

  frontend frameworks

   (React, Vue, Angular, or similar). 
• Backend development experience in 

  Node.js / Python / PHP

   (any one). 
• Experience with 

  PDF.js or similar PDF rendering/interaction libraries

  . 

LMS & EdTech Experience

• Experience working with 

  Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  . 
• Understanding of 

  SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards

  . 
• Knowledge of 

  interactive content, assessments, and learner tracking

  . 

Offline & Application Development

• Experience developing 

  offline-first applications

  . 
• Familiarity with 

  local storage, caching, and sync mechanisms

  . 
• Exposure to 

  Android APK, desktop apps (Electron), or hybrid apps

   is an advantage. 

➕ Generic / Good-to-Have Skills

• Strong 

  problem-solving and debugging abilities

  . 
• Good 

  communication and teamwork skills

  . 
• Ability to understand requirements and deliver within timelines. 
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools. 
• Experience in 

  EdTech, digital publishing, or SaaS

   is a plus. 

👤 Experience & Education

• 2–6 years of relevant software development experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

   (preferred).
