eLearning Developer - Storyline

• Storyline developer with experience in the eLearning industry.

• Expertise in authoring tools and working on complex Articulate Storyline 3, 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc. and Rapid Authoring Tools with basic HTML skills, and strong debugging skills...

• Understand functionalities and interactivities from a learning point of view

• Work closely with Instructional Designers and SMEs to understand the storyboard or concepts

• Have worked on different LCMS and SCORM compliances or have knowledge of LCMS and LMS.

• Working knowledge of Multimedia software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash/Animate and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.

• A strong eye for visual composition and ability to develop graphics, layout, compositions and animations, content & and flow

• A positive team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Selection:

• Have prior experience as a Content Developer, as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
• Skype/Telephonic/F2F Interviews, portfolio evaluation, Machine test for final decision

Qualifications

• Qualification: Any Graduate (BCA, MCA, BFA, MFA). Any formal training in development. Any experience and/or certification in tools.
