Social Media Strategist

Job Description: We are looking for an SMO Team Lead with expertise in social media strategy, content optimization, analytics, paid campaigns, and team management. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns, leading a creative team, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage SMO strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and growth. Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. mentor the social media team in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. Analyze social media trends, insights, and competitor strategies to optimize performance.Manage project execution from concept to delivery with measurable results. Drive technology advancement by exploring and integrating the latest SMO tools and trends. Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights for performance improvement.Required Skills: - Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns. Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Instagram promotions. Hands-on experience with social media scheduling & analytics tools Expertise in content optimization, hashtags, and audience targeting. Strong analytical skills to measure KPIs like CTR, engagement rate, ROI, and conversions. Good understanding of design coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
