Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-3 years preferred Roles and Responsibilities: Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct keyword research to guide content teams. Identify trending and high-volume keywords aligned with business goals. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure. Improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience. Off-Page Optimization: Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, outreach, and other ethical link-building strategies. Manage local SEO and directory submissions (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.). Technical SEO: Conduct website audits to identify and fix crawl issues, broken links, redirects, and sitemap errors. Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, structured data, and canonical tags. Content Optimization: Support content teams in creating SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions. Ensure content is aligned with search intent and follows SEO best practices. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor websites, backlink profiles, and keyword strategies. Recommend changes to improve SERP rankings based on insights. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Experiment and implement new SEO techniques for better results. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
