Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Strategist to lead and elevate our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will have the vision to design impactful strategies, the creativity to craft engaging content, and the analytical mindset to optimize performance—driving growth, engagement, and leads across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development & Management

  • Build and implement effective social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Design a structured content calendar to ensure consistency and timely campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and new social innovations.

2. Content Planning & Oversight

  • Strategize creative, high-impact content including posts, carousels, reels, GIFs, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to align with brand voice and objectives.
  • Guide the use of tools like Canva and video editing platforms to enhance content quality.

3. Community Building

  • Develop strategies to foster meaningful engagement with followers.
  • Oversee communication and engagement efforts to strengthen community trust and loyalty.

4. Paid Campaign Strategy

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to boost lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.
  • Use performance insights to refine targeting, creatives, and budgets for maximum ROI.

5. Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor and interpret key social media metrics.
  • Deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media with larger business goals.
  • Provide guidance and input to ensure campaigns deliver both creativity and results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, platform best practices, and emerging digital trends.
  • Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and analytics tools.
  • Skilled in Canva, graphic design basics, and video content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, creative writing, and presentation skills.
  • Agency background is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,766.69 - ₹40,607.51 per month
