About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist who can manage and grow our digital presence across all key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Specially Telegram. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in performance-driven social media management, content copywriting, and analytics/report creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility
• Create compelling copy, captions, and campaign messaging aligned with brand voice
• Plan and manage daily posting schedules for all social media platforms including Telegram community management
• Monitor trending topics, competitor activities, and industry updates to optimize content performance
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual content
• Can Quickly Shoot and create reels and coordinate with designer for reel editing.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs 
• Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands on social media management experience
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience insights, and best practices
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Experience managing Telegram channels or communities 
• Knowledge of Canva, basic design/video editing skills preferred
• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly proactive mindset
