CTC: ₹12 LPA (₹6L Fixed + ₹6L Variable or beyond, fixed Incentives on each sales)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Associate with a little idea of Marketing Activity, To lead our sales operations and customer engagement efforts. This role goes beyond sales; it involves working closely with the founders, driving growth, and contributing to marketing and user engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily sales and follow-up calls (4–5 hours/day) to convert high-intent leads into paying users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and aspirants, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention.
• Manage inbound queries on WhatsApp, Telegram, and calls, ensuring fast and quality responses.
• Track and report sales performance metrics, feedback, and conversions regularly.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in EdTech(higher education)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proven ability to close deals, manage funnels, and hit revenue targets.
• Basic understanding of Marketing and Social media tools to handle queries.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Open for extra hours whenever required.
