About Us Algofluence is a data-driven influencer marketing agency designed specifically for forward-thinking tech and gaming brands that require tangible results, not just vanity metrics. We help brands connect with high-impact creators and create campaigns that influence purchase intent, drive conversions, engagement, and build culture. We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive(ideally with influencer marketing experience) who can generate and convert leads, build relationships with clients, and drive client win rates and brand reputation in India and global markets. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound lead calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn communication Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and marketing goals Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads, explore client goals, problems, and requirements Create and present detailed proposals explaining how we’ll help them achieve their objectives Address objections, negotiate terms, and close deals Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales pipeline Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and monitor conversion metrics Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, pitch agency services, and drive deal closures Stay updated on agency trends, pricing models, and competitor positioning Requirements 2-4 years proven experience in B2B sales (ideally influencer/performance marketing) Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or any field, with a keen interest in Sales Candidate with own laptop and reliable internet connection Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Expert in cold calling, client communication, and objection handling Experience in managing international leads strongly preferred Solid understanding of influencer and performance marketing is highly preferred A result-oriented, ambitious, and loyal mindset with ownership and accountability for performance, who can thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. What We Offer Opportunity to work side-by-side with founders Fixed salary + up to 5% of agency fee per closed client (more deals/large projects = bigger commissions) After 6 months of strong performance, a guaranteed salary upgrade well above market average and priority for senior roles as the agency grows.
