Position Overview: As the Social Media Manager at Tech2Globe, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will be a social media enthusiast with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and execute effective social media strategies that align with business goals, focusing on increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and high-quality content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Channel Management: Oversee all social media channels, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond promptly to comments and messages. Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement new strategies. Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with broader marketing initiatives. Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate campaign success and optimize performance based on data. Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement. Budget Management: Manage the social media budget effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI). Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about social media algorithms, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media presence. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a successful track record in managing social media channels and driving engagement. Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and interact effectively with diverse audiences. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creativity: Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Design & Editing: Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. Passion: Enthusiastic about staying updated with the latest social media trends and technologies. Additional Requirements: Proven experience with Ads, Email Marketing, AI-driven video content creation. Expertise in analyzing data, following trends, and generating creative ideas.
