About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven PPC specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have international client exposure, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of lead generation and eCommerce campaigns for both B2B and B2C segments.

This is a remote role with night shift flexibility required to align with global client time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for lead generation, eCommerce sales, and brand awareness across B2B and B2C verticals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, and other relevant tools.
  • Work closely with international clients to understand objectives, build media plans, and report on performance.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, ad platform updates, and new opportunities in the digital advertising space.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for ad creatives, landing page development, and lead nurturing using platforms like HubSpot.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPL, and CTR.
  • Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of handling international clients and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and eCommerce performance marketing.
  • Familiar with tools like SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift to support global clients (US/UK time zones).
  • Up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹10,767.94 - ₹43,041.64 per month
