job summary: We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s presence across social media platforms. You will develop and implement strategies to grow our online community, increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and support lead generation. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong content creation and analytical skills. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals. Manage day-to-day content creation, publishing, and community engagement across platforms (eg: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube). Oversee social media calendars and ensure brand consistency in voice and visuals. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video producers for campaigns and daily content Monitor social trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights. Manage paid social advertising campaigns and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, PR, customer service) to support broader marketing initiatives. Track competitor activity and provide insights to refine strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands. Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Ability to interpret social media data and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience with influencer marketing and/or user-generated content is a plus. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or CRM tools is a bonus Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and trends.
