Social Media Manager Location: Experience: 1.5–3+ years (Agency Experience Preferred) Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and creative Social Media Manager who understands brand identity, storytelling, and digital communication. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter who enjoys crafting compelling narratives and has prior experience working in a creative or digital agency environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Understanding & Strategy Deeply understand the client’s brand, product offerings, positioning, and target audience. Develop social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals. Maintain consistent brand tone, aesthetic, and messaging across all platforms. 2. Content Writing & Creative Conceptualization Write engaging, high-converting copy for: Social media graphics Short-form and long-form videos Reels scripts Ad creatives Craft meaningful, brand-aligned captions for all posts. Ideate creative campaign concepts, content pillars, and storytelling themes. 3. Social Media Management Take complete ownership of client social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan and schedule monthly content calendars. Coordinate with design teams, video editors, and clients to ensure timely execution. Monitor page activity, respond to comments/DMs when required, and maintain brand hygiene. Track performance insights and share monthly reports. 4. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with designers, editors, strategists, and clients to deliver cohesive campaigns. Coordinate shoots or content collection when needed. What We’re Looking For A go-getter with strong initiative and ownership. Excellent command over English writing (grammar, clarity, brand voice). Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines smoothly. Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics. Nice to Have Basic experience with Canva or briefing designers effectively.
