Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies, managing platforms, and driving content creation. Additional tasks include optimizing social media performance, improving engagement rates, and collaborating with marketing teams to implement digital campaigns aligned with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing and executing impactful Content Strategies
• Working with in in house teams, agencies and freelancers for content creation
• Collaboration with influencers and PR agencies
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Ability to handle end to end marketing budgets
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Analytical skills to evaluate social media metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Familiarity with tools and platforms for social media scheduling, analytics, and campaign management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
