Responsibilities Conduct primary market research in the assigned territory within Kolhapur, including surveys, interviews, and data collection from target audiences (customers, competitors, etc.). Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Travel extensively within Kolhapur to meet research objectives, utilizing a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler. Maintain accurate records of research activities and data collected. Prepare and present research findings in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure research aligns with business objectives. Manage multiple research tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications: Education: BE/B.Tech or MBA OR BBA / BMS Currently pursuing or recently graduated in marketing, business, or related fields. Experience: Fresher Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in the field. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach. Proficiency in data collection and basic report writing.
