Market Research Associate

We’re seeking a creative, energetic, and tech-savvy professional with 2+ years of experience in market research, business development, or growth—ideally in tech or SaaS. If you're fascinated by AI and excited to shape how agentic systems enter the market, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Competitor Intelligence

Lead comprehensive competitive analysis to keep us ahead in the agentic AI landscape.

• Landscape Mapping: Identify and categorize competitors across agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, workflow automation, MLOps, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Product & Feature Benchmarking: Compare features, pricing, architectures, integrations, and developer tooling; perform hands-on testing when possible.
• Market Signals Tracking: Monitor announcements, funding, patents, hiring trends, and customer wins; deliver periodic “Competitor Intelligence Reports.”

2. Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze industries like energy, finance, insurance, and Healthcare for agentic AI adoption.
• Assess market size, trends, pain points, and opportunities.
• Identify high-value use cases and contribute to our “Cookbook” and “Templates”

Who We’re Looking For

• Deep curiosity about AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents.
• A hunter mindset—proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong communicator able to simplify technical concepts.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools or frameworks.
• Active in technical communities (Discord, GitHub, X/Twitter).
• Background in SaaS, enterprise tech, or developer-first products
• This remote role offers flexible working hours and needs regular availability between 6-11PM IST for internal/external meetings to overlap with US hours.
