Reports To: Creative Director
Kapiva is India’s first modern holistic Ayurvedic brand, reimagining ancient wellness for modern consumers. With powerful, clean formulations and authentic storytelling, we’re building a movement around daily wellness, rituals, and nutrition for the next generation.
We’re looking for a creator-first Jr. Social Media Manager - someone who’s grown or is growing their own personal content channel and has a strong pulse on what works on platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts. In this role, you will own the day-to-day content engine of Kapiva’s social channels, particularly short-form video. From scripting and shooting to publishing and performance tracking, you’ll be hands-on across the entire content lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and content teams to shape a digital voice that’s bold, relatable, and trend-forward. Perfect for someone who’s already a content creator, lives on social, and is hungry to grow a high-impact wellness brand.
● Ideate, script, shoot, and publish engaging short-form video content for Kapiva’s Instagram and YouTube Shorts channels.
● Serve as both behind-the-scenes creator and on-camera talent, becoming a recognizable face or voice of the brand.
● Repurpose existing long-form content into bite-sized, trend-led videos that align with audience behavior and platform best practices.
● Take complete ownership of social media performance metrics including views, reach, engagement rates, and follower growth.
● Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging content formats to ensure Kapiva remains ahead of the curve.
● Ensure a consistent pipeline of content with a minimum output of 3–4 videos per week across key social channels.
● Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and in-house design/copy teams to align video content with ongoing brand campaigns and product initiatives.
● Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions for new formats, digital campaigns, and storytelling ideas.
● Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, drawing actionable insights to optimize future content.
● Test various formats, hooks, and publishing times, and share performance reports and learnings during weekly content reviews.
● Support the marketing and PR team in creating social-first content to amplify brand stories in media coverage, influencer collaborations, and press initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.
● 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media.
● You run your own content channel (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) — please share handles or portfolio.
● Strong content instincts — scripting, editing, shooting (even with just a phone).
● Ability to write compelling hooks, CTAs, and captions.
● Video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.) is a plus.
● Passion for health, wellness, and digital storytelling.
● Self-starter mindset with comfort in fast-paced, creative environments.
If you’re a digital-native storyteller who wants to scale brand storytelling while
building your own creative chops — we’d love to meet you.
