Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager who can drive the brand’s digital presence through effective social media management, content creation, and website promotion. The ideal candidate should be able to boost online visibility, generate high-quality leads, and increase brand engagement. The role involves managing social media platforms, running ad campaigns, promoting our website, and collaborating with the marketing and sales team for maximum lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute customized social media strategies for Bhoumik Ventures and multiple client brands.
· Define KPIs, engagement goals, and growth targets for each account (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
· Conduct industry research and competitor analysis for every client to ensure strategic advantage.
· Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all accounts.
Social Media Management:
· Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content (images, videos, reels, posts, carousels, etc.) for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
· Daily Posting: Ensure regular and consistent posting on all social media platforms to maintain an active online presence.
· Content Planning: Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
· Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and competitor strategies to implement innovative campaigns.
· Hashtag Strategy: Research and use effective hashtags to maximize post reach and engagement.
· Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms to enhance engagement and build relationships with followers.
· Follower Growth: Strategize and implement ideas to increase the number of followers, page likes, and overall brand visibility.
· Collaboration with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with relevant social media influencers to promote our products and increase reach.
Website Promotion & Lead Generation:
· Website Traffic Enhancement: Plan and execute strategies to drive maximum traffic to the website through organic and paid methods.
· SEO Optimization: Work with the website development team to optimize website content for SEO, ensuring higher search engine rankings.
· Google Ads & Paid Campaigns: Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Instagram, and Facebook to generate high-quality leads.
· Landing Page Creation: Work with the design team to create compelling landing pages for lead conversion.
· Lead Capturing: Strategize and optimize forms, call-to-actions, and landing pages to maximize lead captures from the website.
· Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyse website traffic, social media performance, and lead conversion rates. Provide weekly and monthly reports to the management.
Brand Promotion & Digital Campaigns:
· Product Promotion: Strategically promote Bhoumik Ventures' products (corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, etc.) through targeted social media and website campaigns.
· New Product Launches: Plan and execute digital campaigns around new product launches and seasonal offers.
· Email Marketing: Design and send email newsletters to the client database promoting our latest products, offers, and campaigns.
· Video Creation: Work with designers to create engaging promotional videos, reels, and short clips for social media platforms.
· Festive Campaigns: Plan and execute festive campaigns for occasions like Diwali, Holi, New Year, Christmas, etc., aligned with our product line.
· Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with the sales team to pass on quality leads and assist in conversion through effective social media follow-ups.
Competitor Research & Analysis:
· Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyse competitor social media pages, websites, and digital marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
· Industry Trends: Track emerging trends in corporate gifting and promotional products to offer unique and innovative ideas to our target audience.
· New Product Ideas: Suggest new product ideas and promotions based on competitor analysis and market research.
Coordination with Design & Sales Team:
· Design Team Collaboration: Work closely with the graphic design team for creatives, videos, and digital content.
· Sales Team Collaboration: Provide qualified leads from social media and website campaigns to the sales team. Track the conversion of those leads.
· Promotional Material: Ensure all promotional materials (catalogues, flyers, digital brochures, etc.) are regularly promoted across platforms.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
· Analytics Review: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Instagram Analytics to measure the performance of campaigns.
· Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports to the management on campaign performance, lead generation, and social media growth.
· ROI Calculation: Analyse the return on investment (ROI) of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media). MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience for freshers (with digital marketing certification or internship).
2-4 years of experience for experienced candidates (in social media marketing, website promotion, or digital marketing).
Skills:
Excellent command of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Knowledge of social media advertising tools like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar designing tools (preferred).
Ability to multitask and deliver quality content under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM tools for lead management (preferred).
Experience with multi-brand account management and client handling.
Good understanding of analytics and campaign optimization.
Compensation and Incentives:
· Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
· Lead-Based Incentives: Additional incentives for generating high-quality leads resulting in sales closure.
· Performance-Based Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus based on lead generation and social media growth.
