Roles & Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships for packaging materials Negotiate contracts and pricing to drive cost-effective solutions Collaborate with packaging development, supply chain, and logistics teams for NPD launches Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Coordinate with packaging vendors and 3P units to maintain optimal inventory levels Lead new vendor development and drive cost-saving initiatives Manage seasonal and periodic planning for packaging material requirements Basic Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in packaging materials procurement BE/B.Tech/Graduate/Postgraduate Strong industry and market knowledge Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Willingness to travel for vendor and supplier meetings Show more Show less
