Job Title: Packaging Procurement Qualification : B Tech/ B.sc/ M.sc with PG diploma in packaging. Experience : 4- 7 yrs in relevant field. Place: Bengaluru Job Description: Packaging Procurement: 1. Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with packaging manufacturers and all vendors. 2. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost-effective solutions. 3. Monitor packaging inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely replenishments. 4. Manage supplier performance, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards as per specs. 5. Having good knowledge of Vendor management/ operational management / inventory management and stakeholder management. Cost Optimization & Analysis: 1. To conduct analysis on packaging costs, material’s usages, and efficiencies to optimize packaging spend and specs. 2. Track industry trends to identify opportunities for reducing costs without compromising quality. 3. To conduct benchmark study periodically, to ensure market knowledge and new developments with product improvement, ahead of all. Show more Show less
