Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager  with at least 4 - 5 years of experience who can own, manage, and grow our brand presence—primarily on LinkedIn,  Instagram and You Tube—along with other relevant digital platforms. This role requires a balance of creative content development, data-driven strategy, and hands-on execution to enhance our brand voice and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Equations pages as well as new clients that align with brand and business objectives.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, stories, videos) tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram and YT.
• Write compelling copy and captions that reflect our / our clients brand voice 
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Manage the content calendar, scheduling, and posting in a timely manner.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community interactions.
• Adjust strategies for growth and improvement for clients
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the PR, design, and content teams to integrate campaigns across various platforms.
• Suggest and execute innovative campaigns to boost reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Digital Marketing Manager , or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram and YT marketing — including content creation, algorithm understanding, engagement tactics, and analytics.
• Good understanding of social media trends, best practices, and paid promotions.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for creating visually appealing content.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in PR, media, or agency environments.
• Knowledge of other platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
