Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in the Mohali district. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to grow the brand's and their associated clients online presence. Daily tasks include creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, optimizing posts for engagement, monitoring social media trends, and collaborating with the creative team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills for interaction with team members and audience
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with AI applications in marketing is a plus
