Overview We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to support our global marketing strategy at Pennant Technologies, a leading financial technology provider. This role is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, expanding brand reach, driving audience engagement and supporting demand generation including lead generation efforts across multiple social media platforms. As part of the global marketing team, this individual will work closely with content marketing, demand generation, product marketing and Corporate Communications teams to develop and execute high-impact social media campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in B2B fintech marketing, understands the complexities of engaging financial services audiences, and is skilled at crafting compelling social narratives that resonate with decision-makers, industry leaders and practitioners in banking and financial services domain. Position Brand Leadership. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with corporate branding, business goals, and positioning Reinforce Value Proposition, Messaging and Thought leadership. Create, curate, and distribute compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistent messaging across all social channels, to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Leverage story-telling approach to keep audiences engaged Engage the Community. Work with the content and creative teams to develop engaging social-first content, including blog snippets, videos, infographics, executive insights, and customer success stories Support Demand Generation Program. Partner with the demand generation and sales teams to create targeted social media campaigns that drive lead generation and contribute to the sales pipeline. Manage paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads) for lead acquisition, retargeting, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives. Empower Employee Advocacy Program. Develop and implement social media strategies for employees to participate in social media advocacy, brand amplification and thought leadership positioning needs Partnership and Collaboration. Partner with internal teams, partners external agencies and influencers to amplify reach, nurture and strengthen engagement with the community Analytics and Optimisation. Use analytics to measure impact of the various social media programs and campaigns and provide actionable insights. Continuously test and optimise social strategies based on performance data. Requirements 8-10 years of experience in B2B social media marketing, ideally in enterprise software, financial technology, SaaS or technology services. Financial Services industry knowledge and understanding will be an advantage Expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Ads among others with hands-on experience in organic and paid social strategies Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills tailored for B2B audiences Proficiency in social media management and monitoring tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) via social channels will be an advantage Experience in using social media to drive influencer marketing initiatives will be a plus.
