The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, have a background in creating pitch decks, and excel in client servicing. The position requires a notice period of no more than 30 days and is based in Andheri West with mandatory office work. As the Social Media Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading end-to-end social media strategies for assigned clients. This includes designing and executing social media plans aligned with client objectives, offering strategic guidance to clients, and addressing any major concerns to drive exceptional results with a long-term vision. It is crucial to stay abreast of social media trends, channels, and analytics tools to provide recommendations for enhancing current capabilities. In this role, you will lead and inspire teams to deliver top-notch client service and innovative plans by ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and training.
