We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Social Media Marketing Executive

Candidates with experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred.


Key Responsibility


Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and brand objectives.
  • Monitor trends, viral content formats, and platform updates to optimize content strategy.
  • Increase brand visibility, followers, and engagement organically.


Content creation and campaign

  • Coordinate with the design team to create high-quality reels, creatives, infographics, and videos.
  • Develop campaign ideas to promote courses, webinars, events, and EV/Green Tech initiatives.
  • Execute paid and organic social media campaigns when required.


Community Management

  • Respond to queries, comments, and messages promptly.
  • Engage with students, professionals, and partner communities to build brand loyalty.
  • Manage online reputation and ensure brand consistency across platforms.


Analytics and Reporting

  • Track performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Suggest data-backed improvements to enhance reach and engagement.


Collaboration and Branding

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and academic teams for campaign alignment.
  • Support influencer collaborations, outreach, and digital partnerships.
  • Assist in PR initiatives and content amplification.


Eligibility and Requirements


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in EdTech or skill development sector will be preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
  • Strong understanding of content trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite – added advantage).
  • Good communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and paid ads is a plus.
