Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage end-to-end social media activities—right from content creation to publishing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing posts, creating reels/videos, and managing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, banners, posters, carousels, and other visual creatives.
• Shoot, edit, and produce reels, short videos, and promotional clips for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts across all social media platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and messaging.
• Monitor performance of posts and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and social media trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of popular tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design platforms.
• Basic video editing skills .
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms & posting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and deliver creative content on time.
• Strong communication and planning skills.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Experience with ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Ability to brainstorm campaign ideas.
