Role Overview

Social Media Manager

You’ll be responsible for managing multi-brand social channels, building audience engagement, and driving brand visibility across India and the UAE through innovative content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies for Technotask Global and its AI products (Justtawk, Xeny, Convoze, Ringingo, foHRce).

• Align content with business goals, product launches, events, and campaigns across India and GCC markets.
• Research trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

• Content Creation & Management

• Oversee content calendars, creative direction, captions, and copywriting for all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, etc.).

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure visually strong, brand-consistent posts.
• Build engaging, platform-specific campaigns — from product launches to thought leadership storytelling.

• Community Engagement

• Foster meaningful engagement with audiences, partners, clients, and industry communities.

• Manage comment moderation, DMs, and real-time responses with brand tone and professionalism.

• Performance & Analytics

• Track and report monthly metrics — growth, reach, engagement, CTRs, and conversions.

• Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve brand performance and ROI.
• Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.

• Brand & Collaboration

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social assets.

• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to build cohesive digital narratives.
• Coordinate with leadership for thought leadership content, PR amplification, and event coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in

  social media management

  , preferably in

  tech, SaaS, or AI

  domains.
• Strong understanding of

  LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies

  for B2B and employer branding.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, scheduling, and analytics (e.g., Notion AI, Metricool, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of

  Arabic or Hindi

  is a plus.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and campaign ideation skills.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, multi-brand environment

  and manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously.
