About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director in managing business operations, communication, and strategic initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage and maintain the DirectorÂ’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings. Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion. Business Coordination Assist in project management and tracking deliverables across departments. Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and business reports. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data collection for strategic decision-making. Communication & Liaison Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review professional emails, letters, and other communications. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners for business-related matters. Administrative Support Oversee travel planning, itineraries, and logistics. Manage expense reports and reimbursements. Ensure smooth office operations and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks. Qualifications & Skills BachelorÂ’s degree in Business Administration/Management or any related field. Freshers / Internship experiences are also considered. 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
