Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement monthly content calendars and platform-specific strategies.
  • Understand brand tone and target audience to create relevant and resonant content.

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and photographers to create visually appealing and on-brand content (reels, posts, carousels, stories).
  • Write engaging and grammatically correct copy, captions, and hashtags.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.

Platform Management

  • Handle daily posting, scheduling, and optimization on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Threads.
  • Actively monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant and fresh.

Engagement & Community Building

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, collaborators, and followers.
  • Run polls, quizzes, giveaways, and interactive campaigns to grow engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, click-throughs, etc.) across platforms.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements based on insights.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (in collaboration with performance team if needed).
  • Support brand activations, product launches, or events with social media amplification.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media pages.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tools, and content formats.
  • Ability to use Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other content creation/editing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and storytelling.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience managing accounts for brands in

    events, fashion, real estate, lifestyle, or media

    .
  • Photography/videography skills or creative direction capabilities.
  • Knowledge of meme trends and pop culture.

Work Details:

  • 6-day working week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
