Job Description

Experience: 3-5 years preferred
Education: Bachelors in Media related fields/ Diploma in Digital Marketing (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Ensure alignment with the academic calendar, school events, festivals, achievements, and key educational themes.
  • Content Creation & Publishing:
  • Oversee or collaborate in the creation of reels, videos, photos, and graphics.
  • Write engaging, relevant captions and descriptions tailored to the target audience (students, parents, teachers).
  • Publish posts at optimal times based on platform-specific analytics and engagement trends.
  • Reels & Short-form Video Management:
  • Plan and execute short-form videos showcasing school life, achievements, classroom innovations, student testimonials, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Advertising & Promotions:
  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns to promote admissions, events, or initiatives.
  • Optimize targeting, budgeting, and performance based on conversion and reach metrics.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on data trends.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions to engage with the community in a timely and positive manner.
  • Coordinate with school staff for responses or to gather accurate information when needed.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation:
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, challenges, and platform updates.
  • Introduce creative ideas for increasing reach and engagement (e.g., user-generated content, contests, influencer tie-ups, student takeovers).
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with school coordinators, photographers, videographers, and design teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
