🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms

• Conceptualise and execute reels, short videos, and engaging visual content

• Handle basic video editing, post-production, and captions

• Track trends, formats, hashtags, and platform updates

• Monitor and analyse performance using social media analytics tools

• Optimise content based on insights, reach, engagement, and conversions

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and event teams to align brand messaging

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in handling Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Strong knowledge of reels, short-form content, and social trends

• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools (mobile or desktop)

• Understanding of social media analytics & performance metrics

• Good copywriting and storytelling skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics
