Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager (Fresher) to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will manage social media accounts for multiple clients, create engaging content, and help grow brand presence online.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in social media & digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter/X
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars
• Engage with followers (comments, messages, replies)
• Support in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content team
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers)
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus
• No prior experience required (training provided)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Reel/video content ideas
• Interest in influencer marketing
• Knowledge of hashtags & content trends
