Social Media Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives* Monitor analytics, engagement, and growth metrics* Collaborate with the creative team for visuals, reels, and campaigns* Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes* Manage paid ad campaigns and optimize for reach and engagement

**Requirements:**

* 1 year of proven experience in social media management
* Strong understanding of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.)* Excellent communication and copywriting

* Work closely with marketing and design teams to execute creative campaigns* Manage shoots — including pre-production planning, coordination, and post-production edits* Ensure brand consistency and high production quality* Research new content ideas and creative formats

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1 year experience in creative content production
* Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)* Strong storytelling and visual sense* Excellent coordination and time management skills* Passion for digital content creation and trend awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,683.95 - ₹20,296.37 per month
