Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kochi. The Sales Specialist will focus on achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key duties include providing customer service, conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the event team to meet client needs effectively. The role also involves training and guiding team members to improve the sales process and achieve growth goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proven experience in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate deals
• Skills in Sales Management and Training to support and mentor team members
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in event management or related industries is an advantage
