What You'll Do

📲 Manage our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest & LinkedIn

🎯 Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns

🤝 Identify, manage & collaborate with influencers

💬 Engage with our community—respond to comments, spark conversations & build brand love

📊 Track, analyze & optimize social media performance to drive growth

🚗 Willing to travel within Kolkata for work

Who We're Looking For

✨ Passionate about growing a young, thriving D2C fashion brand

🎥 Comfortable with iPhone videography, photography & storytelling

📈 Data-driven mindset—knows how to analyze and improve social media performance

🖌 Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark) + familiarity with video editing tools

📢 Exceptional copywriting & creative thinking skills

🎨 Aesthetically inclined with a deep understanding of fashion & trends

💡 Up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms & trends

📍 Location: FULL TIME in our Kolkata office
