Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a data-driven thinker, with experience in managing brand presence, increasing engagement, and driving traffic through compelling content and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns. Manage daily posting and content scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Tik- Tok, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (text, images, video, reels, and stories). Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity. Monitor performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) and report KPIs regularly. Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and relevant. Run and optimize paid campaigns (optional depending on role scope). Manage influencers, partnerships, and collaborations where applicable. Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms when needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proven success in growing social accounts and driving engagement. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of visual content and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Experience with paid ads and social media performance metrics is a plus. Show more Show less
