Social Media Manager (Immediate Joiner | On-Site Only) Job Description: As a Social Media Manager at Graphē , you will play a pivotal role in driving the organic growth, engagement, and sales for a portfolio of 4 to 6 brands. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end brand management, requiring coordination internally and externally to deliver comprehensive services aligned with Graphē's commitment to visual and strategic excellence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing: * Develop and implement effective marketing plans tailored to each assigned brand * Focus on organic growth strategies, platform engagement, and targeted audience reach * Devise creative ideas and integrate offline and online marketing efforts to meet yearly goals Client Coordination: * Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction * Plan and share content calendars weeks in advance, incorporating occasional content and client feedback * Pitch additional services offered by Graphē to enhance the client's overall marketing strategy Trend Awareness: * Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, memes, audio trends, and incorporate them into monthly plans. * Utilise creative thinking to make posts go viral and enhance brand visibility. Performance Analysis: * Scrutinise and analyse the effectiveness of marketing plans and strategies. * Prepare detailed monthly reports documenting successful and unsuccessful strategies for client review Content Creation and Coordination: * Shoot reels, both behind and in front of the camera, ensuring engaging and dynamic content * Collaborate with design and motion graphics teams to create visually appealing creatives * Write creative copies and captions, utilising AI tools to enhance content quality Advertising and ORM: * Run social media ads to amplify brand presence and reach a wider audience * Actively manage social media accounts and conduct Online Reputation Management (ORM) to increase overall engagement Documentation and Organisation: * Document all activities, deliverables, and plans systematically * Ensure organisational efficiency and strict adherence to deadlines Business Development: * Take a proactive role in business development by spearheading the conceptualisation of marketing and branding strategies aimed at enhancing lead generation and driving sales Key Performance Indicators: Content Quality: * Evaluate the quality of content, including written copies, captions, and visual creatives, ensuring they align with brand voice, messaging, and audience preferences * Measure the engagement and effectiveness of content across various social media platforms, gathering feedback from stakeholders and monitoring audience interaction metrics Innovation and Creativity: * Assess the level of innovation and creativity in developing new content ideas, formats, and strategies to captivate audiences and drive brand awareness * Gauge the uniqueness and freshness of design ideas, ensuring they align with client objectives and resonate with the target audience Collaboration and Coordination: * Evaluate your effectiveness in collaborating with different teams for seamless project execution, including design, marketing, and client services * Measure your ability to coordinate with team members to align content with brand objectives, campaign goals, and client expectations Trend Awareness: * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing, including emerging platforms, content formats, and engagement tactics * Utilise trend insights to adapt content strategies, incorporate relevant trends into content plans, and capitalise on viral opportunities to enhance brand visibility Performance Analysis: * Scrutinise and analyse the performance of content campaigns, social media ads, and * Prepare detailed performance reports documenting the success and impact of marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation Organisational Efficiency: * Document all content activities, schedules, and plans systematically, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and transparency for team members and stakeholders * Ensure organisational efficiency by adhering to content production schedules, deadlines, and project timelines, minimising delays and bottlenecks in content delivery Business Development: * Take a proactive role in business development by identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and drive sales * Spearhead the conceptualisation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at expanding audience reach, acquiring new customers, and increasing brand loyalty Every role at Graphē is not just a job but a crucial piece in the mosaic of our creative venture.
