Your Core Responsibilities

  • Build & manage social media pages from scratch

    for multiple fashion & lifestyle brands ,maintain a strong grid aesthetic and brand voice.
  • Plan and execute

    monthly content calendars

    aligned with marketing goals.
  • Conceptualize and produce

    UGC-style viral content

    that drives reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with influencers & creators

    for content collaborations, shoots, and campaigns.
  • Shoot and edit short-form content

    (Reels, behind-the-scenes, founder videos) for ads and brand storytelling.
  • Manage

    founder-led content strategy

    -create personal-brand videos for Meta ads and lead generation.
  • Use

    AI tools

    (for ideation, captioning, analytics, scheduling, and automation) to boost efficiency and creativity.
  • Design and edit visuals using

    Canva

    and other design tools.
  • Track performance analytics, audience insights, and trends-and adapt strategies for better results.
  • Collaborate with performance and influencer marketing teams for unified campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience

    in managing social media for

    fashion, lifestyle, or creative brands

    .
  • Proven success in

    organic growth and community building

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms (YouTube Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, etc.)

    .
  • Strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability, and trend awareness.
  • Skilled with

    AI tools

    (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Metricool, OpusClip, etc.).
  • Proficient in

    Canva

    , CapCut, or other video-editing software.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
