Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM IST (To align with US-based clients)

Ideal Start Date: 1st January 2026 (We are open to an earlier start for the right candidate)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a social media role required.

Our client is a forward-thinking creative production and marketing firm specializing in branding, website design, marketing strategy, audio, podcasting, and creative production. Their focus is building long-term relationships that drive continual success for their clients.

We are looking for a Social Media Expert to join their dynamic team. This person will be highly organized, motivated, and live and breathe digital storytelling. This is a full-time position where you’ll manage both our client's social media presence and those of their clients across various industries. You’ll lead the strategy, execution, and reporting for multiple brands and bring ideas to life through content, visuals, captions, and campaigns that genuinely connect with the target audience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan & Execute Social Strategy: Develop and manage multi-platform content strategies (must be familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for our client and their client brands.
• Create & Schedule Content: Write the content/captions, choose/manage visuals, and plan out content calendars that align with each brand’s voice, goals, and audience.
• Master the Brand Voice: Understand and adapt to different brand personalities—from playful and fun to refined and professional. Be able to switch gears seamlessly between them.
• Engage & Grow Communities: Monitor accounts, respond to followers, and foster engagement in a genuine and strategic way.
• Track Performance: Compile monthly analytics and insights into clear, visual reports that demonstrate growth, engagement, and ROI.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with creative, web, and email teams to support integrated campaigns that blend social, web, and digital strategy.
• Stay Current: Keep up with platform updates, trending hashtags, and best practices—bringing fresh, informed ideas to the table every week.
• Juggle Projects Gracefully: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with professionalism, organization, and a sense of humor.

Who You Are

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong writing, grammar, and tone adaptability.
• Skilled in shifting between brand voices without losing authenticity or clarity.
• Experienced in managing multiple social accounts.
• Confident with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, and social analytics dashboards.
• Analytical enough to turn metrics into insights and creative enough to make data-driven storytelling engaging.
• Comfortable stepping outside of social media when needed to support email strategy, website launches, or campaign brainstorms.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with paid social advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
• Can lightly design or edit visuals (in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Have agency experience managing multiple client relationships.
