Role Overview:

• We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Content Specialist who can create engaging, real-time digital content for YouTube and Instagram.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, understand audience behavior, and use the latest tools/technologies to produce high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create digital content (short videos, reels, stories, posts). Manage and grow the company’s YouTube and Instagram channels.
• Use the latest content creation tools (AI video tools, motion graphics, editing apps, analytics platforms).
• Plan and execute social media content calendars.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to create trend-based content.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams for content requirements.
• Track insights and performance metrics to optimize engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing YouTube and Instagram pages (personal or professional).
• Familiarity with the latest AI tools for content creation
• Ability to work in fast-paced, real-time content environments.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and audience growth strategies.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.).
