Social Media Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Ideation

o   Develop engaging, on-trend, and brand-aligned content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

o   Plan and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.

o   Conceptualize and oversee shoots (reels, photos, and behind-the-scenes content).

o   Stay updated with the latest trends, reels formats, and viral content opportunities.

Social Media Management

o   Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social channels.

o   Maintain brand consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging.

o   Track performance analytics and suggest actionable insights to improve engagement and growth.

Organic Growth & Community Building

o   Drive follower growth through authentic engagement, collaborations, and content strategy.

o   Engage with influencers, customers, and brand advocates to strengthen community relations.

o   Experiment with organic campaigns, contests, and storytelling formats to increase visibility.

Content Writing & Copy Crafting

o   Write sharp, relevant, and emotive copy for posts, reels, captions, and social ads.

o   Adapt tone and messaging to align with campaign objectives and audience sentiment.

o   Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

·  Proven experience of 3+ years in managing social media for premium or lifestyle brands.

·  Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.

·  Strong sense of design aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.

·  Proficiency with social media analytics and content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.).

·  Basic understanding of reels editing, photography direction, and visual composition.

·  Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about growing brands organically.
