Position: Social Media Executive
Salary: ₹8,000–₹20,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories, polls, etc.) aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other social media analytics tools.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, budget management, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for promotions and campaigns.
• Stay updated with platform policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent content writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of design tools ( Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with influencer marketing and online community building.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
