Content Creation and Curation

• Creating engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
• Curating third-party content that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.

2. Social Media Strategy Implementation

• Executing the social media strategy developed by the marketing or brand team.
• Scheduling posts and campaigns to maintain a consistent online presence.

3. Platform Management

• Managing accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Keeping up with platform updates, trends, and best practices.

4. Community Engagement

• Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Engaging with followers to build a loyal community and encourage user interaction.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

• Tracking performance metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Creating regular reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.

6. Campaign Support

• Assisting in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
• Coordinating with influencers or partners as needed.

7. Trend Analysis & Research

• Staying updated with industry trends, hashtags, viral content, and competitor activity.
• Using insights to improve content and engagement.

8. Brand Consistency

• Ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s tone, guidelines, and visual identity.
• Maintaining consistent messaging across all platforms.

9. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Working closely with marketing, design, sales, and customer service teams.
• Sharing feedback from social media with relevant departments.

10. Ad Management (Optional)

• Assisting in setting up and monitoring paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Coordinating with advertising teams or agencies if applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
