Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s online presence across various platforms. The role involves developing engaging content, implementing social media strategies, monitoring performance, and fostering strong digital engagement to build brand awareness and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across social platforms.
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, etc.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community interaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Track competitor activity and suggest improvements to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is preferred.
