Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and others. The role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of IT and digital services, and a proactive approach to securing potential projects and clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on potential projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc. Understand client requirements and present well-written proposals tailored to each project. Maintain regular communication with clients, answer their queries, and follow up on leads. Collaborate with technical teams to gather inputs for proposals and project estimations. Maintain records of bidding activity, status updates, and communication history. Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition. Research industry trends to identify new bidding opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, design, or digital marketing services. Experience with freelance portals and bidding strategies (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to write custom proposals and communicate clearly with clients. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.). CRM tools experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or Grammarly for proposal writing assistance.
