Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, running campaigns, analyzing performance, and building meaningful connections with our online audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create and publish high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and manage community interactions.

Track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall brand goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media management (fresher with strong skills may also apply).

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.

Basic graphic designing and video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/CapCut/Premiere Pro preferred).

Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
