Role Overview As a Business Development Executive (BDE) , you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, resellers, and institutional buyers. Your goal is to expand Magnifico’s presence in both B2C and B2B markets—online and offline. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify new customer segments (resellers, distributors, retailers, design studios, and manufacturers) Reach out via cold calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email Qualify leads and maintain a structured CRM pipeline Sales & Closing Pitch Magnifico’s resin product range with deep product knowledge and consultative selling Handle objections, negotiate pricing (within approved bands), and close deals Follow up with leads and ensure timely order conversions Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with recurring clients, institutional buyers, and channel partners Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with marketing and product teams Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and usage Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate lead and sales records Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth delivery and post-sale support Share weekly sales performance updates and progress vs targets Who You Are 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (FMCG, D2C, chemicals, or materials industry preferred) Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (and ideally 1 regional language) Confident in outbound outreach—via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings Target-driven, proactive, and self-organized Basic understanding of CRM tools and Google Sheets What You’ll Love About Working Here A high-growth, high-energy work environment Massive learning across B2B, D2C, and creative industries Exposure to branding, marketing, and premium product sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person

Role Overview As Campaign Manager, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across performance and lifecycle channels. Your mission is simple: drive profitable customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Campaigns Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook, Reels) Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages Optimize for ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates Manage budget pacing and daily spend allocation to ensure efficient scaling WhatsApp & Email Marketing Build automated customer journeys on WhatsApp and Email.
