Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Strategy
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Develop funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand visibility.
  • Set KPIs, budgets, and targeting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • AI-Driven Campaign Management
  • Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, AdCreative.ai, Copy.ai, MidJourney/Firefly, etc.) for ad copy, creatives, A/B testing, and audience insights.
  • Implement AI-powered analytics dashboards and predictive tools to identify trends, forecast performance, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using AI-driven ad optimization and workflow tools.
  • Content & Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with the design/content team to craft compelling creatives, ad copies, and visual stories.
  • Test AI-generated ad creatives and iterate for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, and CAC.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine targeting.
  • Present performance reports and insights to management.

Key Requirements

  • Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in social media performance marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot/CRM tools.
  • Proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., AdCreative.ai, Jasper, Copy.ai, SurferSEO, MidJourney/Adobe Firefly for creatives, AI-based A/B testing platforms).
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Passion for staying ahead of AI-driven marketing trends.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, Klaviyo).
  • SEO & content marketing background.
  • Experience in eCommerce growth marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI-based video and motion graphics tools (Runway, Pika Labs, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,323.46 - ₹30,000.00 per month
