Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Plan monthly content calendars in line with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce posts, reels, and campaigns that stand out.
• Write engaging and on-brand captions, taglines, and hashtags.
• Monitor platform performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Engage with audiences — reply to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain strong brand interaction.
• Support paid ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, or LinkedIn) when required.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and video teams to ensure content delivery and consistency.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role (agency experience preferred).

• Freshers with strong creative and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, formats, and analytics.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, storytelling, and detail.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of paid media advertising is a plus.
