Travel Operations Lead

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the

  end-to-end operations

  of our luxury and adventure travel vertical (RealityXperience+)
• Build and maintain strong

  vendor relationships

  across stays, transport, activities, and unique experiences
• Curate

  customized travel packages

  spanning budget to ultra-luxury categories, with a focus on storytelling-driven experiences
• Develop SOPs and processes for

  planning, booking, client servicing, and travel documentation

• Supervise and guide junior team members such as travel associates and interns
• Handle

  logistics for B2B travel partnerships

  , influencer campaigns, and film/travel hybrid shoots
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure

  on-ground feasibility

  and align travel experiences with visual storytelling
• Take ownership of crisis management, legal permissions, safety protocols, and vendor negotiations
• Create a strong operational infrastructure for future scale across regions and categories

Who You Are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel operations, DMCs, tourism boards, or experience design agencies
• Proven expertise in itinerary planning, vendor coordination, and managing premium clientele
• Strategic thinker with the ability to

  build systems from the ground up

• Passionate about

  cinematic travel

  , storytelling, and crafting memorable journeys
• Excellent communication, planning, and crisis-handling skills
• Bonus: Prior experience coordinating with film crews, celebrity/influencer travel, or branded travel campaigns
