RealityBox is a premium production agency crafting cinematic stories across the world. We’re now expanding into luxury and adventure travel planning, blending visual storytelling with real-world experiences.

We’re building our core travel operations team and looking for someone who can lead the backend groundwork before we launch our B2B travel services.

🧭 What You'll Do

• Manage backend travel operations for our upcoming premium travel vertical

• Onboard vendors including stay, transport, activities, and adventure hosts

• Research and build travel packages across categories: budget, premium, and luxury

• Coordinate logistics, bookings, and operational documentation

• Support the creative team with on-ground feasibility and experience planning

• Work closely with filmmakers and producers to align travel planning with content production

🎯 Who You Are

• You love planning trips, curating unique experiences, and organizing behind the scenes

• Strong in vendor coordination, itinerary structuring, and real-world logistics

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and resourceful

• Prior experience in travel operations, planning, or logistics is a plus

• Passionate about adventure travel, luxury getaways, and storytelling through travel
